Médecins sans Frontières considers the Istanbul Humanitarian Summit pointless

The first global humanitarian summit will be held in Istanbul on May 23 and 24. Some humanitarian actors are very pessimistic about the results to be expected, including the NGO Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), which has announced that it will boycott the event.
