The link between muscle strength and hospitalization risk for Covid

Low muscle strength is associated with an increased risk of hospitalization for Covid-19 patients. This is the result of analyzing data from 3,600 adults aged fifty and over ranging from 2004 to 2017. This study is in line with several research studies showing the link between muscle strength, physical activity and mortality.
