The joy of being Swiss

The latest statistics just in: the leading cause of death among Swiss young people aged 15 to 29 is, once again, suicide. At the same time, every year Switzerland comes out on top in the ranking of the happiest countries in the world (5th in 2018). How can we resolve this contradiction?
