How will the PLR and UDC work together?

Do the SVP's 11 extra seats really mean a "rightitization of the country"? The PLR increasingly appears to be the pivotal party, will the UDC manage to collaborate with the Liberals. Can the SVP legitimately run for a 2nd seat on the Federal Council? How should Swiss identity be defined in the aftermath of these elections?
