How do you deal with the risk of suicide?

One of the Canton of Neuchâtel's mental health objectives is to "deal with the risk of suicide". The canton has one of the highest rates in Switzerland, and the ambition this year is to train around 100 professionals - nursing staff, paramedics and school employees - to better prevent this scourge.
