Hello earth: the energy transition is running out of brains and arms.

A report by the International Labor Organization published this week puts the number of jobs needed for renewable energies at 12.7 million. Problem is, in Switzerland as elsewhere, there is a shortage of brains to structure projects, and of arms to implement them.
