Has coming out become commonplace?

At a time when Gay Pride events give undisputed visibility to LGBTIQ+ people, when laws are increasingly protecting the rights of homosexuals, has it nevertheless become easy to come out? Can we talk about our sexual orientation with impunity to our parents, friends and work colleagues?
