Glyphosate: your vegetables, with or without pesticides?

On one side, the Swiss Farmers' Union takes journalists to a market-garden farm to demonstrate that it is difficult to do without pesticides, otherwise production would be threatened, both in quantity and quality. On the other hand, on the farm of an organic market gardener, the initiators of "A Switzerland free of synthetic pesticides" take the opposite line, asserting that Switzerland must adopt a precautionary principle and produce its foodstuffs without synthetic pesticides.
