Genevan volcanologists on La Palma volcano

Drive to the island of La Palma, in the Spanish Canary archipelago, where the Cumbre Vieja volcano has been spewing lava since September 19, 2021. Lʹactivité continues to be intense with new lava flows. A team of volcanologists from the University of Geneva (Unige) is on site to take samples.
