Geneva must retry Exit doctor Pierre Beck, rules Federal Court

The Swiss Federal Supreme Court has overturned Pierre Beck's conviction for violating the law on medicines. The former vice-president of Exit Suisse has been referred back to the Geneva court, which will have to retry the case under the narcotics law.
