France gets a vote on Lake Geneva water management

France is set to gain a say in the management of Lake Geneva. A Franco-Swiss agreement, under discussion for months, is about to be signed, RTS has learned. This treaty comes at a time when water is becoming an increasingly precious resource, and France is putting pressure on because of the development of its nuclear power plants.
