Facilitating the end of life at home

While 70% of the Swiss population would like to die at home, only 20% manage to realize this last project. To improve on this sad state of affairs, a number of healthcare players in the canton of Vaud have come together around a project called Ceol-Care, which brings together all the players in the sector.
