Digital touch or seeing with your fingers

Seeing with your fingers, cʹis the theme of a research project conducted by the Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois, the Fondation Asile des aveugles and the HES-SO Valais. Its aim is to facilitate access to smartphones and touch screens for blind and partially-sighted people. The idea is to enable them to feel relief, texture, by running a finger over a screen.
