Digital platforms must comply with a new European regulation

Since August 25, the 19 biggest digital platforms, including Google, Facebook and Tik Tok, have had to comply with a new European regulation, the "Digital Services Act". This initiative marks a turning point after a quarter-century of self-regulation. Switzerland is preparing to launch a similar law.
