The creation of the world's largest marine reserve
Légende
A great gift for the planet, the creation of the world's largest marine reserve in Antarctica. Measuring 1'5 million square kilometers (the Swiss National Park: 172 square kilometers), it touches the Antarctic continent at the Rosse Sea. By creating a reserve, we also protect what lies beneath it. The toothfish, for example, is a carnivorous fish discovered in the 60s, which loves cold waters and is on the verge of extinction due to overfishing.
