The Collart-Palmyra project

The Collart-Palmyra project at the University of Lausanne aims to virtually reconstruct Palmyra's Temple of Baalshamîn. For the history of archaeology and the history of orientalism in Switzerland, it is the first major archaeological project outside national borders supported by the SNF.
