Children's rights continue to be violated in Switzerland too

The International Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted 30 years ago to the day. Despite this historic text, the situation of the youngest children is still alarming: "There's still a lot of work to be done, even in Switzerland", laments specialist Philip Jaffé.
