Can Covid-19 be contracted twice?

Several documented cases seem to show that it is possible to contract Covid-19 more than once. This is according to an article in the journal "The Lancet Infectious Diseases". Five cases of reinfection have reportedly been confirmed worldwide in Hong Kong, Belgium, Ecuador and the USA.
