Apes and humans observe in the same way

When observing a person interacting with an object, humans and great apes alternate their attention between the two elements of the scene. The movements of their gazes attest that both follow events in the same way, according to a study by the Universities of Neuchâtel and Zurich published in the journal PLOS Biology.
