Anti-Semitism, the eternal return of hatred

For the past year, France has seen an upsurge in anti-Semitic acts on its territory. On social networks, Jew hatred is being unleashed, in Switzerland too. Why didn't anti-Semitism die out after the Holocaust? How can we explain this upsurge in hatred, and how can we combat it?
