Angelina Jolie's fight against cancer

As a carrier of a defective gene, Angelina Jolie has a high risk of developing cancer: "I have an estimated 87% risk of developing breast cancer and a 50% risk of ovarian cancer," recalls the actress, who adds that her mother, grandmother and aunt have succumbed to the disease.
