Despite a long tradition of alcohol consumption, today the Nordic countries boast some of the lowest levels of alcohol consumption in the European Union. Faced with the failure of repressive methods, Iceland has gone in a completely different direction, preferring to act on the social environment of young people..... and the results are spectacular.....
