Widow's pension withdrawn because the beneficiary is a man

The European Court of Human Rights recently ruled in favor of an Appenzell father, widower and father of two daughters. The case concerned the withdrawal of the widower's pension when the father's last child reached the age of majority. The reason: he's a man. Will this decision mean any changes in Swiss law?
