Who are the coronasceptics?

Demonstrations were held this weekend in Zurich, St. Gallen and Berne against the health measures introduced by the Confederation during the containment phase. Who are these "coronaskeptic" activists? How do they differ from the demonstrators seen recently in several American cities?
