Volkswagen and the humiliation of aggrieved owners

French justice opens a preliminary investigation for aggravated deception over the scandal of rigged diesel engines in Volkswagen cars. After the first criminal complaint by a private individual against VW in Switzerland, French customers also filed a complaint this Friday.
