UBS to pay bonuses to former Credit Suisse executives

The reduction or elimination of bonuses for former Credit Suisse executives ordered by the Federal Department of Finance was unlawful, according to the Federal Administrative Court (FAT). On Tuesday, it accepted the appeal lodged by 12 of those concerned. The department is now considering whether to lodge an appeal of its own.
