UBS-Credit Suisse merger: Geneva could be the big winner

The Swiss entities of UBS and Credit Suisse could merge as early as July 1, UBS Switzerland CEO Sabine Keller-Busse has announced. The merger will result in numerous redundancies and the closure of several dozen branches in Switzerland... except in Geneva.
