Trees in Geneva: giants with clay feet?

"Portraits des Géants", cʹis the generic title of the events planned in Geneva. Organized by Ingrid Kaufmann, a Swiss-Argentinian artist, this event offers Genevans exhibitions, film screenings, concerts and other round-table discussions to learn more about their arboreal heritage. A heritage that is in danger, according to some citizens, who criticize the Geneva authorities for being a little heavy-handed when it comes to pulling the chainsaw!
