By creating cysts in the mouse brain, Toxoplasma Gondii alters its behavior so that the rodent is no longer afraid of cats. It thus becomes much easier prey. But the most dangerous carrier of toxoplasmosis is cat feces. In humans, a significant proportion of whom are affected, the infection often has no harmful effect.
