Towards a European boycott of the 2018 World Cup in Russia

While the European Union has decided to introduce new sanctions, an EU working paper has reportedly submitted the possibility of boycotting the World Cup in Russia. This threat could come into effect depending on the evolution of the conflict in Ukraine.
