Tidjane Thiam, the new face of Crédit Suisse

At 52 years of age, Brady Dougan's announced successor at the helm of Credit Suisse, the dual French-Ivorian national Tidjane Thiam, distinguished himself six years ago by becoming the first black man to head a FTSE-100 group, the British equivalent of the Swiss Market Index (SMI).
