In recent years, we have witnessed an explosion of territorial claims, but also the multiplication of new territories: we can think of Greater Geneva or the Lake Geneva metropolis, for example. At a time of globalization, dematerialization and digitalization, how can we explain the emergence of these new claims and these new spaces?
