Is Switzerland still right-wing?

The PLR is in retreat in many Vaud communes, the Right is losing its majority on Geneva's Council of State, and the once-hegemonic bourgeois camp is losing feathers election after election. Is the right-wing worn out by years in power? Why can't it convince on ecological issues?
