Switzerland: Drug side effects cause 700 deaths a year

In Switzerland, around 32,000 people were hospitalized on average each year between 2012 and 2019 due to side effects caused by drugs. And around 700 people die annually for this reason. Yet very few of these cases are reported to Swissmedic.
