Is the Swiss Confederation ready to protect itself against hackers?

Swiss weapons company RUAG has fallen victim to a cyber attack, as has the Federal Department of Defense, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS). At RUAG, the spyware has been in place since 2014, while the DDPS servers were attacked. Is Switzerland doing enough for its digital security, a challenge that has become considerable?
