Surgery to treat sleep apnea

The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois is the first hospital in French-speaking Switzerland to offer neurostimulation in an attempt to overcome sleep apnea syndrome. A completely new treatment, more invasive than the oxygen mask or the mouthpiece, but much more discreet since it involves surgery. What does this treatment look like, and who can benefit from it?
