Spanish Parliament adopts law to rehabilitate victims of Francoism

Exhumation of the disappeared, annulment of political convictions: nearly half a century after the death of dictator Franco, Spain's left-wing government on Wednesday pushed through parliament its flagship text aimed at ending the "silence of the defeated" of the Civil War.
