Soccer: Saudi Arabia alone in the running to host the 2034 World Cup

Saudi Arabia is the only country bidding to host the 2034 World Cup, FIFA has announced, and should therefore officially land the world's most popular tournament at the end of 2024 if all the technical criteria are met.
