Should restorative justice be incorporated into Swiss legislation?

Elected representatives and lawyers are campaigning for the concept of restorative justice to be included in the revised Code of Criminal Procedure. The Federal Council is proposing to accept a postulate from National Councillor Lisa Mazzone along these lines.
