Should the nationality of criminals be made public?

Zurich police have announced an immediate change in their practices, as they will now only report the age and gender of criminals, but no longer their nationality. Debate between Martin Killias, criminologist and professor of Criminal Law, and Ada Marra, National Councillor (PS/VD).
