Seven times more radio stations in French-speaking Switzerland in 40 years

Légende

Special live broadcast from the 13th lʹAtelier Radiophonique Romand (ARARO), organized jointly by Radio Régionales Romandes (RRR), lʹAcadémie du Journalisme (AJM) et des Médias and RTS. In it, the AJM unveils a groundbreaking study of the radio landscape in French-speaking Switzerland. It shows that the number of radio stations (FM, DAB and IP) has increased sevenfold since the sector was liberalized in the mid-80s. Is this a sign of diversification? Not necessarily.
