Russian army announces ceasefire to evacuate civilians from Marioupol

The Russian army has announced a ceasefire in the port city of Mariupol and Volnovakha in the north southeast of the country to evacuate civilians. The ceasefire began at 9am Swiss time, but the evacuation has been postponed for security reasons.
