Restitution of cultural property

Should we return cultural goods looted or plundered by their past to their country of dʹorigin? The question is a thorny one. Some fear that the great Western museums will disappear, while others fear that these works will be lost or poorly preserved. Should everything be returned, or just certain emblematic works? Should we find solutions for sharing these works?
