Paradise Papers: the great escape!

For the past 10 days, the super-rich have once again been singled out in the Paradise Papers. On the one hand, those who engage in tax optimization. On the other, those who do business with the most corrupt of African states, notably certain Swiss-based multinacionales. Is it always illegal or simply amoral?
