The number of heavy smokers in Switzerland has halved in 25 years

Smokers represented 27% of the population in 2017, a figure that has remained relatively stable over the past ten years. But smoking habits are changing: the share of heavy smokers who grill at least 20 a day has halved over the past 25 years.
