A new public holiday in September: at what price?

The National Council has accepted a proposal to introduce a new public holiday on September 12. If the text is definitively adopted, it would be the second national vacation alongside August 1. But it would come at a cost, estimated by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) at 350 million francs.
