Mission Green Fjord: the Swiss sailing ship "Forel" conquers Greenland

Two masts, a 28-meter aluminum hull and a weight that comes to around 120 tons, thatʹs what the "Forel" sailboat looks like, the first Swiss laboratory sailboat designed for glacial exploration. Launched by the Forel Heritage association, it leaves this summer to study the effects of climate change on the ecosystems of Greenland fjords during the Green Fjord 2024 mission.
