Major debate on climate issues at COP 21

The major UN climate conference to combat global warming, COP 21, begins on Monday in Paris. For 15 days, it will bring together 195 countries and the European Union. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS). Will they manage to reduce their greenhouse gases and finance new climate policies?
