A magnitude 4.7 earthquake near Basel may be felt throughout Switzerland

The Earth shook near Basel. The epicenter of the quake, measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale, was in Mulhouse. It was felt very clearly in the Jura region, but could be felt in almost all of Switzerland.
