The Louvre exhibits the treasures of Saint-Maurice

From March 14 to June 16, 2014, the Musée du Louvre presents a collection of goldsmith's and silversmith's pieces from the Valais Abbey of Saint-Maurice. This Parisian exhibition highlights part of the religious heritage accumulated over the almost 1500 years of the oldest monastery in the West still active.
